Is jail time likely for second offense retail theft?

More details to this question:
My first offense was dropped to disorderly conduct and that's what I pleaded guilty too. I just got picked up with another charge of retail theft within 6 months. Does the first charge effect the second if I wasn't charged for retail theft? Is jail time likely?
