Is my ACOD still on my record?

I want to enlist in the Navy and I have an acod but I completed it, can they still see it on my record?

An “ACD” means that the case was dismissed, which is a good thing because it is a favorable outcome and you have no criminal history.

While it may show up on your record as an ACOD, the armed forces will normally accept you with such a record since the case against you was actually dismissed.
