Your probation is definitiely in jeopardy. You need to hire experienced criminal defense counsel as soon as possible.  This is a very serious problem. You understand that your probation may be revoked and the previous sentence may be applied to you as well as whatever new fallout you will recieve for the new charges.  Please feel free to contact us if we can offer further assistance 203.870-6700
