QUESTION

Is my restricted license suspended and if so, can I get it back?

Asked on Jun 10th, 2014 on DUI/DWI - Michigan
More details to this question:
I had my license suspended for a DUI a year ago. I just got an extension to start classes. I recently got pulled over for a suspended license after my DUI and got a restricted license before I went to court. I got a letter saying my license is suspended again.

Yes it is. You have to get a lawyer and deal with the new case so that it does not report to the DMV. This might get the new suspension dropped.

I would need to contact the DOR and prosecutor(s) who were assigned to your case. I'm sure some kind of deal could be worked out.
