Is prison likely for DUI cases and how much time could I get?

More details to this question:
I left the state for 12 years and had DUI 4, 5 and 6. Fourth is closed but 5 and 6. I still got 150 day and fines no probation.

It looks like your problem is both the OWI convictions AND the absconding. I think very substantial incarceration is likely. Just how much depends on the specific facts of the offense, and your own history. The penalties on these things have gotten harsher, but you would be sentenced under the laws in effect when you committed the offenses. I strongly recommend your hiring a good lawyer. He or she can sometimes make arguments which persuade the judge to be more lenient. Good Luck.
