is squeezing someones hand assault ? and what if i didnt do it ?

Had you squeezed your teacher's hand, this would constitute a battery (an unwanted touch). Had you blocked her way out, this would be considered false imprisonment (assuming this was your teacher's only means of exiting). If such charges are pending against you, I would suggest you obtain legal representation.
