Is the child molestation case still pending and if so, what will happen?

I'm seeing a married man. His wife and daughter accused me of child molestation. I got a phone call from the police department about the accusations. I was currently in another state. I am now moving back.

Whether the case is still pending depends upon the police investigation and sending their findings to the prosecutor. Do not talk to the police without an attorney. These type of cases are like snow balls rolling down the hill. Once they start they continue to get bigger and out of control.
