More details to this question:
a search warrent was served at a residence when the suspect was not at home and they aressted the girl freind so five days latter they located and arrested the suspect that the search was intended for and convensed him to sign a paper saying what they found was his and they would release the girl freind so he did since he signed that paper does that mean even thow he wasnt present when the search was done the evidence is now something he has to deal with

Asl an AZ lawyer. My opinion would be that if the warrant was otherwise legal, he wasnt required to be present when it was executed. If he signed a comfession, he has even more problems. His attorney can file a suppression motion and in it, argue that his consent was coerced as they threatened to prosecute his girlfriend if he didn't confess, but that is an uphill battle. You should be asking this question to his AZ lawyer
