I just have a question that I can really use help answering. I'm 17 ( going to be 18 in a few months ) and my boyfriend is 24. We both live in PA where the age of consent is 16. Could he get in any sort of legal trouble at all for this?

He cannot be charged with statutory rape. However, if someone wanted to push the issue, he could be charged with corruption of a minor.
