Is there a statute of limitation on facing court for renovation of suspended sentence?

I was at my niece’s place due to breast cancer surgery, and since she knows I'm doing best to avoid drugs, she made sure I knew nothing of the illegal activities there until her place was raided. Since her and her boyfriend claimed all charges, the prosecutor wants to revocate my suspended sentence and put me in jail anyway. My niece signed a notary affidavit saying I really knew nothing and two other that where there an also arrested also are willing to do the same. All 3 are willing to testify to it. Can I beat this?
