Is there a way I can get all my rights restored and not denied by employers?

More details to this question:
I was convicted for felonies for both vandalism and bomb threat at ages 13 and 15. I’m now 19 and I haven’t been in trouble since then. It is not right to condemn me for the rest of my life. If I can’t get them off my record, I’m worth more dead than alive.
You should see an attorney with the details to determine if anything can be done. Given the facts which you have provided is impossible to form an opinion at this point.
