Is there a way I can make $10 payments or free DUI classes?

More details to this question:
I received a DUI three years ago. I couldn’t pay the 600 $and I have no money for the classes. I was unable to pay. Six months ago, I was shot. Now, I am disabled. I can somewhat drive on good days but now need my license to therapies and rehabilitation. Can I get amnesty or go back to court?

Get a financial evaluation from the court. They can get low cost program.

You can't get your license back until you've completed the program. You should hire a lawyer to go to court to recall the warrant. A lawyer can do this without you present if the underlying charge is a misdemeanor, so it is less risky for you. Then the lawyer can ask the Judge to reinstate you back in the program.
