More details to this question:
Hi, I had just received a traffic ticket for speed violation (1-10), and went to court. When I went to court, I poorly executed myself and was found guilty and feed $44 with 2 points. Such as a higher fee without points or going to a defense driving course?
I think you can appeal the trial, but probably not if you plead guilty to the charge. There are time limits to consider in appealing. The penalty may not necessarily change if you lose on appeal though.
