Is there anything like the Megan's law for Pennsylvania?

California Megan's Law has an exemption form that keeps information from the public. My question is: is there anything like that for Pennsylvania? I was also wondering if there is any way to expunge the felony of Aggravated Indecent Assault, felony 2? Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I know of no such exception for Pennsylvania. In Pennsylvania I am sure they can publish the list in several different ways.
