More details to this question:
I know that the police are not going to tell me the truth especially if they are wrong. Here's the scenario the police have been to my home several times looking for my son me and my husband both have told them that he is not here and that he does not live and we do not know where he is we live in Birmingham Alabama Jefferson County. Well today they came looking for him and my husband told them that he was not here they preceded to come in and look for him with a search warrant just an arrest warrant I assume they had an arrest warrant I myself was not home. They left without my son or any of our things. You may ask what the problem the problem is I feel wrong and violated.

I'm no criminal lawyer, but I believe someone had to swear out a complaint alleging that your son was there before the warrant could be issued by the Court. The warrant may have been false, which is against the law. You may have a Civil Rights violation. Seek out a lawyer who does Civil Rights work in your area for advice.
