Is there anything we can do to get equal share after 20 years?

I am 23 now. When I was a child, my dad was cheated by my dad's elder brother. My dad's father's heritage asset was not equally shared to all. My dad's brother are now well settled. I even studied in government college with education loan.

Don't know what a "heritage asset" is, but this is your dad's claim, not yours. He would need to have pursued the claim at that time. I do not know what the payment method for your education has to do with your question.
