Is there anything we can do to get his license back?

More details to this question:
My son had a suspended license for one year for being caught with marijuana. He got a ticket, paid the fine and now his license is suspended for another year for a speeding ticket that was already paid. He has no other problems with the law.

Yes he can get his license back but the reason that it got suspended for another year is probably because he was caught driving while it was suspended. He has to stop breaking the law and he will get it back.

You have to wait until he becomes eligible to petition for reinstatement of driving privileges.
