Is there anyway to help with my license

More details to this question:
My license was suspended for none payment of a not wearing a life vest ticket in around 2013. I have since driven and received many more violations. I have received notice that my license will not be reinstated until 2021. Is there anyway to get my revoked time reduced?

Ask PENN DOT if it's possible to get a hearing. Unfortunately, PENN DOT is very tough to beat in these matters, as driving is seen as a privilege in PA, not a right.
