Is there jail time for a first time drug DUI?

Is there jail time for a first time drug DUI with small possession(marijuana) with no prior record? I was pulled over for obstruction of registration; however my registration was not obstructed. The officer smelt weed on the car and asked if there was anything illegal in the car. I gave him what I had which was less than 3 grams. I was then given a field sobriety test and was brought in for blood work. I want to know what I am up against. I have no prior record.
