Is this a felony or misdeamenor charge?

More details to this question:
I stole personal items from my neighbor pawned them. Got questioned by local police. I admitted to theft. They got there items back but there trying to frame me for more items. I have a clean record. I'm disabled. What should I do? Do i need an attorney?
