I got a letter saying the court will be amending my probation and my attendance is not necessary...I called the court clerk and she said they wanted to change it from 6 moths to 1 year

you need to work closely with your probation officer to determine why he/she recommended the change from 6 to 12 months. the probation officer makes the recommendation. the judge will follow. ed dimon, esq.
