More details to this question:
My finance is jail and during his grand jury trial his lawyer walked into the courtroom panicking about how he could be disbarred or whatnot. He does a segment once a week for local news station titled It's the law. Well this particular week he talked about my fiancee's trail. That was on a Wednesday & on Thursday morning his freaking out. He goes & tell's the judge what happened & the judge asks the jury if anyone watched the news that previous night saw the segment. Well there was only one person that did the judge asked him if it would affect his decision & the man said no. is that legal?

There appears to be some problems with your fiance's lawyer's actions. The judge did the right thing by questioning the jury. However, there may be other issues which could compromise a fair trial.
