More details to this question:
I was at Walmart I ran all items across the scanner as I approached a worker he asked to see my receipt then a AP worker walked up and said all my items were not paid for and asked me to go the office with her and I did it was a couple items unscanned but I had not left the store yet and I told the lady whatever didn't scan you can have

If you went through the scanner, had bagged all items and were leaving without scanning all of the items, then this is theft of the items that were not scanned.
