QUESTION

Isn’t this illegal use of debit card since I specifically told her one time only?

Asked on Jul 06th, 2017 on Criminal Law - Florida
More details to this question:
I used my debit card back in February to pay for my nephew’s car payment. When I was on the phone with the lady paying, I specifically told her not to save my card information and this was a one time only authorization. This month my nephew is having this same car repossessed and they charged my card for a payment.

This is not a criminal defense question, but I agree that they should not have done this. You need to talk with an attorney about it immediately.
