Judge Winks at Prosecutor.

During my trial for DWI, my attny was cross examining the DRE. The Judge cut him off, looked over at the Prosecutor and the DRE, said "I got it" and winked at them! The prosecutor told my attny if it was any other town the DWI would be dismissed. Judge adjourned trial midway through bc he "had to go babysit his Grandchild and couldn't be late". Next month my attny tells me the plea deal which is I plead GUILTY to DWI and stay out of jail. My attny also said from what the Judge was saying he could tell he already made up his mind I was guilty and we hadn't even presented our case yet. We had a strong case. It would hv prevailed in any other court. After discussing w my attny and my expert, a retired DRE, we all agreed, no matter what we did he already found me Guilty. I reluctantly took the plea. This enraged me! How can this happen?! Do I have any recourse? Any Options? I've lost my license for 10 yrs! I hv to file for bankruptcy!
