I’m in a relationship with a person that my parents do not like. My mom accused me of smoking marijuana with my boyfriend, who has his medical marijuana license. She said that if I see him again she will contact the police about it. Is there anything that could happen legally in this instance in the state of Florida?

Unless the police catch you in possession of cannabis, they can't make an arrest of you or your boyfriend for possession. This is a family matter really and its not unusual for parent to challenge choices their kids make. I'm assuming that you are over 18, but still living at home. You'll need to work this out with your folks.
