More details to this question:
I was pulled over for speeding and asked to step out of the car and was given a test. i was then taken to the station and also taken downtown where I was held over night, i was never read my rights at any time.

you need to talk to an ohio lawyer. in pa, as in most states, you are not entitled to be read your Miranda warnings until you are interrogated. they can ask you basic information to arrest you with out these warnings.
