missing court

my daughter had a court day and she missed the day since according to her she was homeless, no cell so she did not know what day she was living. Her charges at the time were drugs,l she said she did not do drugs, that she is having drugs test often, the second charge was his husband accused her of staving him, she told me that she was not even closed to him and that she can prove it, she and her husband separate around a year ago and he lived with another women. What could I do to help her get out of jail? I also do not have a lot of money, how much will it cost me? she ask for a reduce bond but they haven't answer, the bond is set for $15,000.00
