My boyfriend “found” cocaine and paraphernalia in my room (we don’t share a room) and called the cops. Will I be charged even though I wasn’t home?

More details to this question:
I left to go to McDonald’s with my 2 year old son. I returned home to my mom being at my house to see my kids. But then her and my boyfriend sat me down and my mom asked what was going on? I was so confused. My boyfriend then speaks up and says “I found what you were hiding in your room” mind you, never once showed me what he found, and took everything with him outside while he called the police. This was after my parents touched everything. Cops wanted me to confess because come to find out it was an old purse of mine that hung on my closet door underneath a lot of hoodies and sweaters because I didn’t use the bag except to store important mail. The bag had never left the house. There was a baggie with 1.7 grams of cocaine in it, a little colander thing, mail, and an envelope with my name on it from raffle tickets I bought off of my friends daughter. The police were awful to me from the start saying I was lying and that “all fingers point at me” How likely will I be charged?
Based upon what you've indicated here, I think it's extremely likely you will be charged with possession of that cocaine. My guess is of the police indicated whether or not you would be charged.I would definitely recommend hiring attorney to be proactive and represent you in that matter hearing in the York area. The are some things that you can do proactively to get ahead of this that you really should be doing.
