I just filed a criminal report on my boyfriend (now my ex-boyfriend) for assaulting me and choking me, and I know in the state TX the choking is a 3rd degree felony so he will be serving a sentence between 2- 10 years. What can I do with his belongs which are in my apartment?

Put them in a box and give them to the leasing office or one of his friends and he will pick them up.
