My business has a summons to appear in court from Dept of Environmental Protection for failure to posses a Fish Dealer permit in NY. Need an attorney

I have a complaint/summons received from the NYDEC for shipping food fish without a NY license in DEC 2016. I have since gotten the license but was told I must appear in court with an Attorney.

This is a site for NJ attorneys, so unless an attorney sees this who is also admitted in NY, you would be better advised to try and contact a lawyers site for NY attorneys, particularly in NYC.
