i am being charged with felony h strangling?and battery and disorderly conduct. i have no other priors and never been in trouble with the law before. this is something my ex made up and if i am charged i want to know what my chances are of gettting it all droped or even if i have to take a deal then something with probation.

these are questions only your lawyer, who is familiar with the facts, the law and the judge can answer. If it is a BS case which will not stand up in court, it will go away, or get reduced, if you ahve a good lawyer working for you. If you didnt do it, or didnt do most of what she says, it will probably work out to probation. Since you have no record, I would have your lawyer push a for a first time offenders progam, so you get no record out of it. IF that is available in your county.
