She wanting me out the house. She wanted to call the police. I throw the house phone down and I tell her go ahead. She told the police I held a gun to her head. I was arrested and some cop said I gave an incriminating statement. I was arrested and jailed and was convicted for 30mths. They did an illegal search and seizure for my fire arm. They had no warrant and as apart tenant I forbid them to search. They ignored me. Of which they used the gun as evidence in trial. They threaten the victim to come to court or they would come to her job and arrest her. There was a conviction "lesser included" offenses when the law states I cannot be convicted with a charge not charged in the beginning. I didn't abuse any female and I state it at trial. I am seeking vacating of charges.
