More details to this question:
Back in 2011 my husband was arrested for CDS, He served seven months prison time had 159 days off the back and 348 days off the front was given parole unfortunately left the state he got picked up due to leaving the state and parole has violated him and gave him a letter today during his personal time that he is now receiving a one your flat HIT. How long will he do off of a one-year flat? The charges are CDS and P.V. nothing more. Also a pending charge for robbery was there from 2011 and they just removed the charge so he wasn’t given the correct jail credits, who would he contact to get them adjusted? I put both questions in here because I don’t want to confuse everyone reading this.
