More details to this question:
He was arrested on a parole violation. He thought it would help if he violated his parole. Then in court the charges were dropped. My question is would he have to serve the time he originally had or will he be out after is parole is up in a week?
If the parole violation charge was dropped, he shouldn't have to serve time, because his parole wasn't revoked. What kind of idiot thinks it's a good idea to violate his parole and risk going to prison.
