More details to this question:
The charge was Burglary in the 3 rd degree, he was charged as an adult. Due to being a child and not having a support system to stand behind him, he feels that he did not have adequate representation and even though he did not actually break into where it was claimed he was found guilty. His adoptive mother actually also wrote a letter to the judge that crushed him as a child and he feels added to the conviction. Now, many years have passed and he has had no other felonies and we have discussed traveling as well as other things that we would like to do but he states he is not able to do because of this felony that has been with him since he was still a juvenile. Can someone please help us find a way to get this expunged so that we can have a new start?
