We have proof the victim and her family set our loved one up for a sex crime he did not commit. We have irrefutable proof that the victim was not where she said she was and the victim and her family lied under oath and got him wrongly convicted. He is working on his appeal right now but if this info was verified and confirmed prior to appeal wouldn't that set him free immediately. America does not hold the innocent in prison if evidence surfaces that can clear them correct? This evidence was not presented at trial.Who should we contact with this new evidence his has parted ways with his former attorney.
This must be brought up in the appeal unless there is time for a motion for new trial. Hire a new lawyer or use the appellate attorney who is handling the appeal. He needs to be licensed in Arizona.
