My neighbor pleaded guilty and now she is in probation. How can I inform the judge about probation violation?

More details to this question:
I was in court as a witness for State of NJ against my neighbor, and she pleaded guilty for the following: Criminal mischief; trespassing of my property and harassment. The judge ordered that for one year she should make no contact direct or indirect with me or my family, no entrance into my property and nothing from her property to be put on my property. Anyway, since then, she continued to harass us in one form or other. Also, she installed on the back yard very close to my house and terrace a poll with a commercial security camera watching toward my terrace and now, she installed another two cameras on the tree which is very close to my house at the height of my second floor watching my backyard. She also climbed on the fence and peek into my back yard. I have pictures for all the events. How can I make the judge aware of this and send the evidences? Thank you
The key is documentation of a wrongful act. the cameras are not against the law if there are on the property of your neighbor. What are the actual acts of harassment ? Can you prove them ? Ed Dimon
