My question is pertaining to early release from prison due to a family hardship?

More details to this question:
My godson is incarcerated and is the only surviving son of his mother. His brother died a few years ago, she is disabled but is the caretaker of his three children. My question is can he be released based on the fact that he is needed at home to take care of his mother and his three children.

this hardship alone would not be considered by the parole board. this hardship could be used with other factors to shorten the period of incarceration. the other crucial factors are the crime, the sentence, the parole eligibility date, the prior record, the record while in prison. please call to discuss. ed dimon 732-797-1600
