Need Advice on Engagement of Record for shoplifting in 2012 at a Walmart for a value of less than a $100. I bought $300 worth of groceries they didn't scan a $90 Roku box and accused me of shop lifting. I told them they should have scanned it as I wasn't paying attention. I was deemed guilty no matter what I say.

You can get it expunnged if it has been more than 5 years since you completed your probation, you have paid all of your fines and court costs and it has been your only conviction in your entire life.
