Need help with being accused of writing checks on a family member who has mental issues.

More details to this question:
He thinks I have written checks to someone who aided them cause they are elderly and need a helper during the day. What he tells me that I have written a lot of checks to the home helper and forged his name on the checks which I have never done in the first place. He says he is going to indict me for it.

He can't indict you. He has to first file a complaint with the police who will conduct an investigation. You can explain yourself then.
