QUESTION

Need Lawyer ASAP. Life depends on it

Asked on Oct 13th, 2014 on DUI/DWI - Georgia
More details to this question:
I need a lawyer. I have little money. I'm a college student living on her own and I have no family to help me. I got arrested for a DUI and refusing to take a sobriety test. I was informed that refusing this would automatically suspend my licenses for a year. I graduate in December from UGA. No license means no job and no money to pay bills. HELP PLEASe. I am willing to set up a payment plan with whoever can help me.

You need to file an appeal letter with DDS, ASAP.  Filing this letter is the first step in saving your license and defending your case.
