QUESTION

Need to get a c&i removed from my cdl license

Asked on Jul 06th, 2013 on Traffic Violations - Missouri
More details to this question:
I had an accident in a semi truck. I was the only one injuryed. I just lost my job because my jobs insurance came up for renewal and they were told they had to let me go or they would drop them. They informed me that cause of my accident with a different company there was a C&I on my record but I didn't receive any ticket at all. How do I get it off my record so I can go back to trucking?

Update Your Profile
First you would need to call the Missouri Department of Revenue, 573-751-4475, to determine exactly what is on your driving record and from what jurisdiction.  Then you would need to contact an attorney in that jurisdiction to find out the likelihood of either setting aside a plea of guilty or appealing a conviction.
