QUESTION

officer giving a different fabricated account at hearing...

Asked on May 06th, 2019 on Criminal Law - New Jersey
More details to this question:
Recently,I had a suppression hearing, and a officer who was not my arresting officer took the stand and gave fabricated accounts of the day of arrest, his story did not match up with what was written in the initial report. The officer pretty much committed perjury on the stand,,and for whatever reason it was not argued, objected or anything! My question,is would it be worth filing a "Brady"motion to question the officers conduct and etc.,and if possible - can the suppression be reheard or is there another type of motion that can be filed similar to a "suppression"?

The key to succes was the cross-examination of the officer when he was testifying. One can request a 'motion for reconsideration' but this is a longshot. Ed dimon, Esq.
