I believe I am not guilty of this however I cannot take off work to attend court date provided so I will likely just pay it. Before I do- I want to be sure of a few things...1. Will this ever show up on a record or background check of any kind? 2. I was not the driver of a vehicle but will this be points on my license some how? 3. My address on my license they put on the complaint is not my current address, will anything be sent to the address listed? (Because I will not receive it). Thank you in advance for your advice!
