Hi there, we are a limo company and received a ticket at newark international airport for parking at the cell phone lot which is under elizabeth townships jurisdiction. We went to court to dispute the ticket which was mailed to us , no stop was made by a law enforcement officer and was told by the judge that as a company we have to hire an attorney to fight this ticket . Is this the case in nj ? Do we need an attorney or can we fight it on our own ? Thanking you in advance for an help you can provide us with. Glenn karantonis
