im a regesterd sex offender living in the state of north Carolina my original garges are out of new jersey nj parole is making me relocate back there when im regesterd here and have a home they said I had to do paper work so that they can send it back to nc what are my legal stand points thank you

this is complex in that you need to make sure that you do not take any action which jeopardizes your status in NC. we just did a case where NY would not allow the person to return to NY to serve his parole. he is a registered sex offender. we would need to understand and research all the issues. we work closely with DAG Robin Stacy, the attorney for the NJ Parole Board. please call to discuss.
