More details to this question:
My fiancé was arrested yesterday July 23 around 10pm, we were sitting at a warehouse after hours, he was teaching me how to drive Manuel, the police showed up, asked us what we were doing, we cooperated we told him the truth, we have proof of what we were doing, then they arrested him for some tickets, they told me today on July 24 that he’s going to see a judge and then he’ll be released since it was just basically parking tickets said he was arrested for but there is a police hold on the vehicle why is that .? A little background story, he did used to go to these events where they would basically block off traffic and do dumb stuff he did get charged one night, December 31 of last year, was arrested for evading arrest, then nothing ever happened with that case nobody ever said anything and then he was arrested again on February 14 while he was at home they had issued a warrant apparently for his arrest and they took him in that day, went to court and no court, we even told the bails

A lot going on there. Any traffic ticket warrants will be handled in a municipal court or justice of the peace court. Those tickets must be either paid, or you have to go to court on them and work them out another way. They are fine only offenses unless you do not pay them or go to court, then they turn into warrants. The vehicle could be in impound related to a criminal charge, but it is impossible to know without knowing the full background and history. If he has a pending evading arrest in a motor vehicle case, that is a serious felony charge. The max punishment is 2-10 yrs in prison, up to a $10,000 fine. He should absolutely find a lawyer to help defend him on that case, and any other he has pending in the county or felony courts.
