Police misconduct, excessive force

Was outside drinking, obviously intoxicated, Officer told me to pour out the drink, words were exchanged and he proceeded to put me in handcuffs, I protested about being arrested, the officer slammed me to the ground with handcuffs on, resulting in 9 stitches and a resisting with violence charge. Reduced 29 days later to obstructing or resisting without violence and an open container
