QUESTION

Possesion charge due to expired perscription bottle

Asked on Jun 20th, 2016 on Drug Crimes - New Jersey
More details to this question:
I was recently arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance due to having my prescription inside of an expired bottle. I do have a valid and current prescription and was only arrested with two tablets. I have a legitimate job and no criminal history. When I go to court and provide my documents do I need to worry about anything or is it a good possibility the charges will be dropped? I just want an idea of what I'm up against...

Update Your Profile
You should produce in writing your full history of the prescription drug use: original Doctor's report and prescription; use of one doctor; use of one pharmacy; continuing visits and reports by treating physician. You will be successful if you provide this detailed written proof. Ed Dimon 732-797-1600
